• If you are unsatisfied with any area we have cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the concern at no additional cost.
• Refunds are not offered but we are committed to making it right.

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and secure access to the property at the scheduled time.
• If our team is unable to enter, the appointment may be considered canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.
